Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation- The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 and are designed to ensure that all of our customers that place an order with Sunrise Corporation Ltd. have their customer rights respected.

This contract does not affect your statutory rights.

PRICES
All prices are in £ sterling exclusive of VAT tax unless stated otherwise. All estimations of works are prepared based on the drawings, scope of works and brief provided by the clients. The estimation amounts are correct subject to information provided, knowledge on the site conditions available and the timing agreed.

ACCEPTING ORDERS AND SECURITY
We accept orders for Building Works by email or post. The written contract is signed and the conditions of the contract apply on the individual basis.
