Works comprise an erection of two separate extensions in the rear of the house.
A cedar-cladded extension with frameless windows. A bespoke door openable in different direction and a glass roof was installed in the extension cladded with lead in standing seam system.
Polished concrete was used as a floor finish for the extension.
