2.8mtrs Cantifix doors were installed in the extension with matching glass roof, to create an interesting and contrasting combination between the traditional and the modern segments of the house.
Works include pulling apart the dwelling and renew. New partition walls, strengthening floors and structure where walls were pulled down, electrical and plumbing works (combi boiler and 200litres MegaFlow), ceilings, bathrooms, wetroom, roof, windows, plaster, wooden and tiled floors etc.
We also constructed an extension (15m2) in timber built with two large roof windows, complete with Cantifix sliding garden doors.
We created a modern look and feel in the kitchen, dining and living room in contrast to the rest of the house that were constructed in old, traditional style with 1950s coving, skirting, renewed sash windows.
